AutoReply Assistant is operated by FaisalTusher ("we", "us"). It helps the Facebook Pages we manage respond to messages that people send to those Pages on Messenger.
Information we receive
When you send a message to one of our Facebook Pages, we receive the content of your message (text and any attachments you send, such as voice messages), your Page-scoped Messenger ID, and the time of the message. We do not receive your Facebook password, friends list, or any information beyond what Messenger provides for the conversation.
How we use it
We use this information only to understand your question and reply to you on Messenger. Replies may be generated automatically by an AI system and may be reviewed or followed up by a human agent. To generate a reply, your message content is processed by our AI service provider (Google Gemini API) and our automation server. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Storage and retention
Messages and replies are stored in our support systems so that our team can review conversations and improve service quality. We keep them only as long as needed for customer support, and delete them on request.
Sharing
We share message content only with the service providers that operate this system on our behalf (Meta Platforms for Messenger, Google for AI processing, and our hosting provider). We may disclose information if required by law.
Data deletion
To have your conversation data deleted, email info@faisaltusher.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name of the Facebook Page you messaged, or send the message "delete my data" to that Page. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
